This Blog has been set up by myself, Shaun Morris, to use as a tool in the deliverance of information towards tasks for a selected year nine hospitality class. Students can use this Blog to gain extended information on the theory of topics, as well as reflect on practical lessons with photos taken of their works progression towards the finished product. This can be shared with class mates, families, and teachers for comment or discussion.
The aim of this blog is to create an engaging, on-line environment that students can collaboratively share, critique, and express their points of view's towards tasks, and the learning experiences and outcomes gained in their participation. There is much research suggesting that, students (cognitive) development towards learning materials, benefits greatly using a range of skill areas. Working with Mr M. Smith, your students Hospitality teacher, this Blog will be used as a outlet to refine, reflect on, or investigate, greater thought towards task understanding.
This Blog is not being used as a test or in any way will it affect the outcome of students grades or final marks related to any tasks outlined. The outcomes of any quizzes or interaction with this learning design is to be used in conjunction with desired Learning Experience Plans set by myself in line with current class criteria.
I openly encourage interaction from peers and or parents, all comments will be controlled by myself before posting can proceed, no ill mannered comments will reach the forum.
